When you email me or submit a form, I use your details to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please include only information needed for your request. I retain it for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable legal retention duties.

Running the website

The hosting and network services involved process technical connection details, including your IP address, to deliver and secure the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website is delivered through Cloudflare. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for further information.

Maps and your consent

OpenStreetMap maps load only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The OpenStreetMap Foundation then receives your IP address and technical request details. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. The cookie information explains how your choice is stored and identifies the map provider.
